We want you to love your Blue Jeans denim, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we make the exchange process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Denim

  Place your items in the original packaging with all tags attached and secure the new shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
